WELCOME TO THE 2019-20 ONLINE REGISTRATION SITE

Ware Shoals School District 51 will again provide online registration for the upcoming school year.  Please know that online registration is only available for returning students.

*** Although the majority of our parents have been able to register successfully online - we've experienced a small number of situations where parents have been given an invalid SNAPCODE.  Please feel free to reach out to your child's school if you are having issues getting into the registration portal.***

Parents who register online may still need to visit their child’s school during on-site registration July 30th from 11:00AM – 7:00PM to finalize the registration process, pick up schedules, and pay fees if they did not do so online.

In order to register online, parents will need a login code (referred to as a SNAPCODE) for each child.  Students' SNAPCODES were place on final report cards and parents who have an email address on file received SNAPCODES electronically.

CLICK HERE TO BEGIN THE REGISTRATION PROCESS

STEP 1: Enter your child's SNAPCODE

STEP 2: Enter your Infosnap Username and Password (if you forget your password, click forgot password)

STEP 3: Enter your child's birth date

STEP 4: Fill in the required fields

STEP 5: Payment of fees: parents can choose to pay fees online or in person on July 30th at the child's school.

Information will be saved as you proceed through the registration process.  Should your connection fail, simply log back in and pick right up from where you left off.

Parent Information Letter 5.28.2019

New students must register in person at the school July 30th. Parents of 4K and new 5K students will need to bring the following documentation:

  • Immunization Record
  • Birth Certificate
  • *Social Security Card

A required meeting will be held for all 4K parents on July 30th at 1PM in the Ware Shoals Primary School Library.

*Although this card cannot be mandated according to current State law, it is strongly recommended by the School District because of its impact on accurate student records.

We are looking forward to a wonderful 2019-20 school year!
