LEADING.” These are the words that summarize our district’s vision: “Ware Shoals School District 51 is a district where students are meaningfully engaged in LEARNING in a safe, intellectually stimulating, and challenging environment, and students are well prepared for a variety of post-graduation options. Students find happiness and personal fulfillment in SERVING their school and community,using their talents and energy to make a positive difference in their own lives and the lives of others. Students are ethical and trustworthy, and they are committed and confident in LEADING themselves and others along the path of lifelong learning and continuous improvement."
We learn together, serve together, and lead together in order to be the educational leader for our community. We have been preparing students to be productive, contributing, and successful members of society for more than 90 years. Our community and our schools are steeped in history and we are proud of our heritage and our accomplishments. We are committed to continuous improvement so that we can be an educational leader, not only in our community and our state, but in our nation as well.
