Josten’s Yearbook company has awarded Ware Shoals High School the Gold Level of the National Yearbook Program of Excellence for the 2022-2023 school year. This accolade acknowledges yearbook production in three areas: A Meaningful Yearbook with more than 90% of the student body pictured at least three times; A Yearbook in Every Student’s Hands having sold more yearbooks than originally ordered; and Effective Program Management having met all deadlines on time.
The 2022-23 yearbook, A Diary of a Hardworking Hornet, was led by Editor Reese Beckner (’23), Taylor Freeman (’23), Johana Bustos, Jennifer Lopez, Arianna Lansing, Faith Holbrooks, Monte’ja Baker, Tailynn Smith, Cheyenne Timms, Jayme Boyd, Aiden Pulley, and advisor Dr. Tony Schiera.
