Pre-registration for 2021-2022 4K and 5K classes will be held February 21st – 28th. Parents enrolling new students are asked to come by the front office between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm to fill out pre-registration forms. The following documents are required for enrollment: social security cards, birth certificates, up-to-date shot records, proof of residency, insurance or Medicaid cards, parent or guardian ID and proof of income (tax documents or recent pay stubs)
Testing for incoming 4K students will be held over the summer. Students currently enrolled in 4K do not need to enroll for 5K.
