Power Outage: WSSD 51 experienced a power outage today at 2:45 pm. Power will be restored by 6:45 pm tonight. The WSMS basketball game scheduled for 5:00 pm tonight has been cancelled. School will start on a regular schedule tomorrow morning, December 19th. Thank you!

Fall Festival Tonight 4-6pm.
Bess the Book Bus visited 5K and 1st grade students at Ware Shoals Primary School today. Students listened to interactive stories and then boarded the bus to choose a free book to keep at home!
Connecting students with books that match their interests is so important. This morning it was a joy to witness a fantastic first grader using his reading skills to learn more about our amazing universe. Reading can take you places, even to Jupiter!
