The traditional date for Halloween, October 31st, falls on Sunday, so the Town of Ware Shoals has decided to observe Halloween on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 30th. Have a hauntingly happy Halloween!

This week, the Self Regional Hospital COVID-19 vaccination clinic relocated to the Self Regional Support Services Center located at 104 Wells Ave. COVID-19 testing remains at the drive-through location at 303 West Alexander Avenue.
Vaccination Clinic hours will be M-F, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Individuals must call 725-8200 to pre-register and schedule a vaccination appointment.

The football game against Whitmire scheduled for Fri. Sept 17th has been cancelled because of quarantines at Whitmire.
We are always grateful for the support of Solicitor David Stumbo for collecting school supplies for children in need in the 8th Judicial Circuit area. Each year, Solicitor Stumbo teaches diversion program participants the importance of SERVICE ABOVE SELF by accepting school supplies as a part of their restitution. Thanks to the solicitor and his staff for their valued partnership and for their role in making our communities safer!
